- Copy of Domestic Branch Setup Permit or Liaison Office Setup Permit (국내지사 설치허가서 사본 또는 연락사무소 설치허가서 사본)
- Business Fund Remittance Record Proof Documents (영업자금 도입실적 증빙서류)
- Personal Tax Payment Proof Documents (개인 납세사실증명 서류)
- Confirmation of Residence (체류지 입증서류)
